Country Woods Homeowners Association 2024 Pool Rules

In addition to the already posted rules at the pool, we would like to take a moment to review some expectations so we all have an enjoyable and safe summer.

Pool Hours: Sunrise – 10pm

ALL MEMBERS USING THE POOL MUST HELP MAINTAIN THE FACILITIES.
Please help us keep a pleasant, clean and safe environment.

The HOA is a volunteer organization and we can use your help. Other than the maintenance of the pool water/chemicals, all members need to assist with the care of the pool area.

WHILE AT THE POOL:

• Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the pool without an adult in attendance (Over 18) – we do not have a lifeguard on duty so this is extremely important for everyone’s safety.
• Guests are welcome but must be accompanied by a Country Woods resident at all times.  You may not allow guest access, then leave while they are still in the pool area. Any member has the right to question any guest(s) and ask for address confirmation.
• Do not provide entrance to anyone who does not have their own key, even if they “left it at home”.
• Keep gate closed while inside the pool area.  Please make sure the gate connects and locks upon entering/exiting.
• Please help clean leaves and debris from pool water (handheld screen is hanging on the wall to the left of the bathroom).
• All babies/toddlers who are not potty-trained should wear a swim diaper. 
• Maintain/help keep the bathroom clean
• No glass allowed in pool area
• No running
• No organized parties allowed without prior approval of the HOA Board (Send a request through email).  You are welcome to “reserve” the clubhouse/pool for social events and we will let the community know there may be more guests during that day/time.  Pool members may still use the pool.
• Please be considerate of our neighbors and other pool members – ex. music volume and content choice, language, etc.  Smoking should be done outside the pool area with proper disposal.

• Ensure that umbrellas are closed
• Turn off bathroom light and close bathroom door
• Put the rope back across the pool if you removed (Required regulation)
• Pick up your own trash – deposit in trash receptacles on pool deck or in pavilion
• Take home EVERYTHING you brought with you
• Always close and secure the gate upon exiting

Residents not compliant with these pool rules, and/or not in good standing with the HOA, may be subject to a fine or suspension of their rights to use the pool and other amenities for a predetermined period of time.
